These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of MGP, a Discord bot developed by Midnight Rain (“Developer”). By inviting, accessing, or using MGP, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use of the bot.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use MGP, in accordance with Discord’s Terms of Service. If you are under the age of 18, you represent that you have obtained permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the bot.
Use of MGP is strictly prohibited in servers intended for or restricted to individuals 18 years of age or older, including servers containing NSFW or adult-only content.
Use of MGP is subject to, and must comply with, all applicable Discord policies, including but not limited to:

Any use of MGP that violates Discord’s policies may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of access to the bot.
You may use MGP for personal or commercial purposes, provided that such use:
Complies with these Terms
Complies with all applicable Discord policies
Complies with all applicable local, state, and federal laws
You may not use MGP to:
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Harass, threaten, abuse, or harm others
Promote or engage in illegal, harmful, or exploitative activities
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise interfere with the bot’s functionality
Collect, store, transmit, or distribute personal information about others without explicit consent
Sell, license, or charge money specifically for access to MGP or its commands
Use MGP for spam, phishing, fraudulent activity, or engagement manipulation
Use MGP to send unsolicited direct messages or automated content unrelated to its intended functionality
Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of access.
MGP collects and processes limited data necessary for its operation, such as Discord user IDs, usernames, and server-related configuration data.
All data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Discord Developer requirements. MGP does not sell user data or share data outside of Discord except as required for legitimate bot functionality.
MGP operates only in response to legitimate commands, approved features, or server-configured actions. The bot does not engage in unsolicited messaging, artificial engagement manipulation, or automated behavior unrelated to its intended purpose.
MGP is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. The Developer makes no guarantees regarding uptime, reliability, accuracy, or availability of the bot.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, MGP.
The Developer reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to MGP at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms, Discord policies, or misuse of the bot.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
The Developer may modify or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of MGP after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Servers using MGP may be reviewed in cases of suspected abuse, misuse, or irregular activity. Interfering with enforcement actions, restricting authorized oversight, or attempting to evade moderation or safeguards may result in permanent blacklisting from MGP.
